We undertook this restoration off-site at our Harlow based factory, rejuvenating the frames whilst keeping their original character. The space has now been transformed into modern offices, with a reception area and multiple floors of newly designed workspaces. Crittall Corporate W20 and Corporate MW40 windows were fitted throughout the building. Walsingham House is located in a key London conservation area and sits on the same road as Grade 1 listed building St Olaves Church and is surrounded by history. Dating back to the 16th Century, the building is named after Queen Elizabeth 1’s famous ‘spymaster’, who lived in Seething Lane.

The project was completed by ISG Construction, John Robertson Architects and Devonport Properties. Together the team have transformed this historic building into new office accommodation, designed to still keep the heritage of the building. The interior was demolished by ISG, preserving the Portland stone facade, and redesigned using the finest materials by John Robertson Architects.
