Crittall W20 TE Doors

I was interested in installing A Crittall door at the back of my property, was referred to Metwin by Crittall themselves and spoke with a very helpful guy called Daniel who spoke me through my options. I visited the showroom so I could see exactly what I would be purchasing. All in now and so happy I chose to go with Metwin, would highly recommend.

Very helpful throughout my project. Once I had excepted the quotation there surveyor was round within a couple of days, he took accurate measurements and talked me through the processes from order to installation. Suggested some tweaks that really improved the design Second to none knowledge of Crittall products. Can’t thank them enough.

Wanted an internal door to break up two large living spaces, but still enable us to effectively leave the space open or closed depending on the mood. The Metwin product was perfect and the slimness of the frame meant that it still lets so much light into both rooms. One of the key requirements for us was to have a design that accommodated sliding doors and not traditional open swing doors. With 2 small children running around we didn’t want them smashing into the slim frame! We also preferred the minimalist look and it didn’t disappoint. Dan was fantastic from start to finish and his team completed the job within a day. Leaving no mess and great advice on what to do with the windows in the settling in period. Genuinely have zero concerns with the product and feel safe in the knowledge that if there are any issues then Dan and his team will be around to rectify any problems. Not that we expect any in the slightest! Excellent company and highly recommend.

Once we established what was required it was clear Metwin could help (no other company would even respond). We were looking for a cheaper solution than replacing, and Metwin came up with one which should see us through 5ish years. Thank you Frankie for the insight and openness. Every time I've dealt with Metwin they have been fast to respond and keen to help in what ever way they can. Had a time sensitive job which they split the delivery so we could get the stock items immediately with the lead items coming later. Also provided support when additional parts were required at no additional cost.
